Refund and Returns Policy

At sttadiu.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy for any reason, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have [14/30] days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • In the original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number, receipt, etc.)

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [5–10] business days.

  • If rejected, we’ll contact you with an explanation.

Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, send us an email at sttadiu1@gmail.com and we’ll guide you through the process.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable digital products

  • Clearance or final sale items

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
